Just as many of the old Delta bluesmen migrated out of the Mississippi Delta into Memphis, Chicago and other northern cities, Ground Zero Blues Club® has migrated north to Memphis, bringing with it the sites, sounds and tastes of its famed sister establishment in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Owners of the original Ground Zero Blues Club® in Clarksdale MS, businessman Bill Luckett, actor Morgan Freeman and Howard Stovall, have teamed with John Elkington of Memphis to bring the Mississippi-based Juke Joint to Tennessee, giving Memphians not just the chance to experience Delta blues music, but also a taste of traditional southern dishes alongside Pig-N-Whistle’s famous slow-cooked Bar-B-Q.

Located a short distance from the FedEx Forum and to the immediate west of the Westin Hotel and other downtown attractions, Ground Zero Blues Club® is the prime location to experience a Southern-down-home experience like none other.
